Senior Finance Business Partner (12 month fixed term contract) | Spalding (Hybrid) | £70,000 – £74,000 + Car Allowance (£8k) + benefits 

The Opportunity

Superb 12 month project (potential for perm) Hybrid – Senior Finance Business Partnering remit. £70k – £75k + Car Allowance – Lincolnshire

Highly business facing, working with stakeholders across a really broad range of interesting and pretty unique cost centres (up to C suite / exec level). 

This is a cracking role in a large growing PLC. 

Managing a small team – delivering vital insights and challenge to the business around cost trending, forecasting, project performance, significant investment tracking / capital proposal reviews, financial planning and cash forecasting, opportunity and risk identification…

It’s a top drawer project for a genuine finance business partner and someone who loves variety and navigating change. 

A proactive, commercially aware and modern minded finance professional able to start a project in August / early Sept. 

Need to commute to Spalding Lincolnshire 3 days per week (2 days remote based).

Up to £75k + £8k car allowance + raft of benefits. 

Required:

• Experience and demonstrable success in a business partnering position. 
• ACCA, CIMA or ACA fully qualified. 
• Ability to navigate change and continuous improvement successfully and calmly. 
• A proactive approach to delivering positive improvement and suggesting new ideas.
• Excellent core technical accounting awareness.
• Clear commercial awareness and ability to speak to non finance stakeholders / cost centre leaders from manager to exec director level. 
• Experience of capital management ideally. 
• Knowledge of SAP would be super useful.
