Senior Finance Analyst (Qualified Accountant) | Stoke on Trent (Hybrid working – 3 days office based | £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits including 10% annual bonus

You will have recently completed CIMA or ACCA and be looking for a business that can allow you to stretch your wings and develop your skillset.

You’ll have a background in management accounting / financial reporting and be looking to enhance your toolkit and step in the direction of FP&A / Business Partnering. 

This is a talented team and you’ll benefit from being surrounded by superb mentors.  It’s a busy role in a business investing in projects, growth, tech and people – – but there is sensible work life balance and it is a hybrid working environment (3 days office based per week). 

The role focuses on delivering genuinely useful and impactful financial insights / MI to the business… budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, scenario planning and modelling, KPI and MI presentation, project accounting, delivering commercially meaningful financial info, data visualisation development…

If you have a solid foundation of core accounting skills, have recently boxed off ACCA or CIMA and are looking for a business that can fast track your career (and earning potential) it would be great to talk. 

Required:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA. 
• Excellent fundamental accounting skills (background in management accounts prep / financial analysis and reporting)
• Open, honest and confident communication skills. 
• Excellent understanding of Excel – confidence analytical skills. 
• Proactive, enthusiastic and naturally conscientious attitude. Pride in delivering excellence in your role.
