Associate Director / Designate Partner (swift route to equity) | £60,000 – £70,000 | Huddersfield  

The Opportunity

Game changing opportunity for an ambitious future Partner within a rapid growth, professional and modern multi-site firm of accountants.  

You will have fast track route to equity and join in a high profile role from the outset (managing a team of 10 – 15 and reporting directly to the Partner / owner).

You’ll have equity opportunity and mid term chance to involved in full or partial MBO (and subsequent exciting personal wealth creation).  

The firm have an extremely impressive client base – growth limited companies in the £1m to £100m turnover bracket.  You’ll be involved in challenging and interesting projects linked to M&A / sale alongside the BAU. 

This is a role for a dynamic Manager / Senior Manager – someone who has earned their stripes within a top 20 firm or professional regional practice.  You’ll be ACA or ACCA and have significant career ambition and personal motivation.

You’ll be working with a really broad range of diverse clients across a myriad of sectors and specialisms.  

Required: 

• A track record of success within a professional practice, ideally exposure to complex clients. 
• ACCA or ACA.  
• Ability to lead, coach, grow, develop and mentor a team.  
• Confidence when interacting / networking with existing and prospective clients (board directors and business owners).  
• Forward thinking and proactive mindset – someone looking to be part of a growth journey with a highly ambitious and talented partner.
