The opportunity

Award-winning, FTSE 250 group have a newly created requirement for a highly motivated finance professional to join their team at their Spalding location as part of the Sales Ledger team. 

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supported and mentored by highly experienced Senior Finance professionals. There is genuine opportunity for future career progression across all areas of finance, including in the overseas subsidiaries.

Your remit will include:

  • Processing accurate and timely invoices to customers
  • Allocating cash receipts
  • Resolving queries in a professional manner
  • Management of debit notes
  • Customer master file maintenance and control
  • Credit control
  • Intercompany receivables management
  • Ensuring processes are followed as per group standards
  • Ad hoc projects/ duties where required

You should have:

  • Demonstrable experience within Sales Ledger role or similar 
  • Excellent communication style
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A methodical approach
  • Confidence in managing own workload within a highly fast paced setting
