Award-winning, FTSE 250 group have a newly created requirement for a highly motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team at their Bo’ness location.

You will be involved in Purchase Ledger activities and other ad-hoc business duties required by the Finance team. You need to be someone who is comfortable with the pace in a very busy, high-volume Purchase Ledger environment.

Your remit:
 Processing high volume of supplier invoices
 Processing accurate and timely supplier payments
 Ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, invoice coding and matching
 Authorising outstanding purchase orders
 Reconciling supplier statements
 Preparing Supplier payment runs
 Ad-hoc duties as required

You need:
 Ideally ledger experience within FMCG/Manufacturing
 Strong Excel skills
 Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with various stakeholders to resolve queries and problems
 Strong organisation and time management skills essential
 Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks
